Recruitment

Adapting to the special needs of our client’s and individualizing our services is our company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each Post, keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitment Qr.’s are as follows:

·     Must be physically fit and mentally robust.

·     Minimum height should be 5’6″.

·   Should be minimum matriculate but Intermediates are preferred and age in the span of 21-40 years.

·   Should be able to read and write in Zulu & English and should have a high level of IQ.

·     Must have reliable references in KwaZulu Natal or I South Africa.

Our Guards

We strongly believe that our guards are the backbone and therefore their performance and personality reflect upon our Standards. To ensure that the guards match up to the high Standards in quality, all our guards have to undergo a selection process where they are screened for their qualities of intelligence, interest, courtesy, integrity and motivation and individuals who can operate under stressful situation and communicate well.

Uniform

Shoes Black, Black Trousers, white Shirt with Logo, Cap with badge, Personal Identity Card with colored photograph. An option of ceremonial uniform is given according to client’s requirement to add colour on special Occasions.

Reporting

Communication will be minimized as monthly project meetings will be conducted, where representatives from all parties will be presents.

Monthly reports will be prepared. It will be submitted at the monthly Meetings and provided to the client with a strategic report-back presentation.The report will focus on issues listed above but will also indicate, to what extent the key strategic focus areas have been met. These reports will be helpful to the Department officials responsible for monitoring and evaluation forthe project. Theywill use it as a tool to report on the progress and good service provision. A complete annual report will be submitted at the end of each year. We will provide management with an overall service report at the end of the contract, which include challenges, recommendations and achievements on the whole process.This document is a valuable tool which will be used by both the company and the Department to make future decisions on the services as it will include a risk analysis.
