To ensure high degree of alertness, a system of surprise checks has been instituted. Audits are performed directly by our COO, who ensure prompt action forsmooth functioning. Our COO check all posts at leasttwice in a week

Supervision

Thapelo Security takes pride in having a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring Systems (SIMS). We have a dedicated force of field Supervisors who carry out checking of all posts 5 to 7 times a week, including night checking. Supervisors rendera regular report on the performance of each post..

Rotation of Guards

To preclude the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated on regular basis. However, in case of specific request from the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time.

The Planing process

An induction session will be arranged forall recruits immediately after receipt ofthe appointment letter.

The recruits will be workshopped and provided with the necessary skills and knowledge for the task.

Meetings with department representative will be held, and the implementation plan will be rolled outand agreed upon. Propersite hand overwill take place. Guards will be posted in their positions.

Operation Management Systems

We have qualified and experienced personnel on our data base for the related services. An attendance register for all recruits who attended the training session, will be kept for further references.
